“With over a decade and a half in the DME industry, my journey has been fueled by a deep-seated passion for both the clinical and compassionate aspects of patient care. Early in my career as a DME technician, I was fortunate to work directly with patients and their families, witnessing the transformative impact of our equipment on their daily lives and independence. The gratitude and joy I witnessed from them became my drive to continually raise the bar.

As I’ve grown throughout my career, I’ve also developed a true love for the clinical side of our business. This passion has shaped my commitment to empowering providers with the knowledge and tools they need to become clinical experts. I believe that when providers fully understand the value of our equipment and the nuances of patient care, they’re better equipped to support their patients and referral sources. By guiding providers in this journey, they become trusted allies to their patients and their communities.

“I worked many years on the consumer side of the DME industry prior to moving to Florida. I always enjoyed knowing that my work was helping someone who was going through a rough time in their life. Whether a patient needed a walker or wheelchair after a surgery or was being prescribed oxygen for the first time, I played a vital role in getting the patient what they needed.

Upon moving to Florida, I knew I wanted to continue in this rewarding line of work; and then I found Rhythm Healthcare (formerly Lifestyle Mobility Aids)! It was a completely different side of the DME industry than I was used to, but still gives that amazing feeling know that everything that I do, is helping a patient live their lives to the fullest, regardless of their injury, illness, or disease.

Working at Rhythm has allowed me to grow personally and professionally, and 9 ½ years later, I get to go home every day knowing that my work matters!
