Go to RMA Form

How the Process Works

STEP 1
Identify unit(s) that qualify for warranty. You will need the serial number for each unit and the reason for return.
STEP 2
Fill out the Rhythm Resolve RMA Form to register devices. You will receive a case number and a prepaid shipping label to return the device(s).
STEP 3
Units should be packaged carefully and in their original packaging if possible. Rhythm Healthcare is not responsible for damage which occurs in shipping. For POC Devices, all accessories should be returned (Batteries, AC/DC Adapters) to receive full credit for the device. Please use the prepaid label provided to you.

*Shipping for Warranty Items: Rhythm Healthcare will pay for the return shipping of the warranty unit provided the unit is shipped back with the RMA label within 30 days. Units shipped back after 30 days will be required to be shipped back prepaid.

POC Device Requirements: all accessories must be returned with the device for full credit. Devices that have damage due to customer neglect are not covered. This includes any cracks to the device shell screen or battery and failure to maintain unit filters as specified in the user manual.

Effective for new purchases as of January 1, 2026
